Eon Parks is a highly skilled educational and non-profit organizational leader with vast experience developing, implementing and managing diverse educational and human service programs. Over the past 18 years, Mr. Parks has demonstrated the exceptional ability to leverage his organizational management and financial experience to identify and analyze complex educational and human services issues and implement successful strategic researched-based solutions with the aim of helping those who are less fortunate.
Parks is currently executive director of the Martin de Porres Youth and Family Services (MDPGH), a small human service nonprofit organization that provides residential, educational, clinical, family outreach and job readiness services for foster care and court adjudicated male youth and families. Prior to leading MDPGH, Parks held positions as a school superintendent, school principal, secondary school dean, teacher and a chapter leader in the New York State teachers’ union. His corporate background includes positions as a financial advisor and banking office manager.
Parks holds master’s degrees in the areas of business administration, educational leadership, teaching, and human resource management.
