Dr. Malcolm A. Punter 

Dr. Punter coordinates and manages the strategy for Harlem Congregations for Community Improvement, Inc.’s (“HCCI”) 77 building housing portfolio valued approximately $500 million dollars. Reporting to the HCCI Board of Directors on all matters related to the financial and operational sustainability of its real estate assets, commercial leasing including the marketing strategy for 60 ground floor retail stores in Harlem. Mr. Punter is a NYS Licensed Real Estate Broker and as such markets diverse housing to qualified buyers and sellers primarily in the New York City. He further directly manages HCCI’s real estate related government grants and contracts. For the past nine-years he has managed HCCIs NYS Department of State sponsored Brownfield Opportunity Area (BOA) economic and environmental study focusing on developing the highest and best use for over thirteen (13) real estate development sites in Bradhurst area of Harlem. Mr. Punter lectures in colleges on business administration, real estate development as well as contributes to industry panels and series. 

Mr. Punter advises churches, mosques, house of worship and other not for profits on matters related to restructuring their real estate assets and maximizing their investment potential. Mr. Punter is known in the real estate industry as an experienced real estate broker and tough deal negotiator. He has developed his real estate development, construction, property management, sales and marketing experience through private acquisitions and the management of private and public equity ventures in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
