Kim St Bernard

Kim is Senior Affiliate Consultant on nonprofit management with Cause Effective and Interim Executive Director for the Support Center for Nonprofit Management. She served as the principal executive promoting a broad service platform, volunteerism, and giving for Make-A-Wish Metro New York & Western New York and held numerous leadership roles at Girl Scouts of the USA partnering with affiliate executives and boards across the country.  She serves on the Grant Advisory Committee for the NY Women’s Foundation, Selection Committee for the “Nonprofit Excellence Awards” for Nonprofit New York and pro-bono Account Executive in human resources and strategy for the Taproot Foundation.  She is an alumnae of Coro-Leadership New York and serves on the Board of Directors for Black Agency Executives.  Kim received her Bachelors in Social Work from Morgan State University and her MSW in Planning & Administration from Clark/Atlanta University.  She also completed the Executive Leadership Program at the Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania and the Institute of Employment & Training Administration at Harvard University.
